Investigating murders that intersect with Playboy, exposing the pitfalls of fame for those appearing on their pages and forcing audiences to question everything they thought they knew about one of America's most recognizable publications.

I'll break down the asset creation for this show. What happens after we get key art approval.

The first step is to clean up the art and create a plate. That way we can use it with the templates, created by yours trulty, for the different deliverables from key art sizes, social media posts and covers, as well as direct to consumer distribution.

This first video shows the initial photoshop file that is taken to Cinema4D for exporting the initial layers of the plate.

After rendering the files for the plate in all 3 camera angles and 3 different options, I combine them to prep for the plate. I wanted to get more resolution in the middle since that is what will get scaled up the most. Then we can see how the plate has been prepared using the elements mentioned.

Finally we can see how the plate is used for the social media template. And see how the template has been set up so that linked objects affect all the elements from different Photoshop files.

Here is a screenshot of the DTC distribution template, that uses the same elements as the social media templates. So using the same links we can speed up the production of deliverables. It's definitely not perfect, but it's sped up this process significantly. Also making revisions a one stop change, more specifically tune-in and art information,  that way we don't have to spend a lot of time affecting all the different deliverables individually.
